Responsbilities

• Handle full cycle of AR (Accounts Receivable) tasks for a retail business across regional markets
• Work closely with different countries' accountign service team or Shared Service Center in APAC to make sure of a smooth and accurate accounting process
• Ensure that the appropriate accounts are reconciled on monthly basis and that the reconciliations are at the appropriate level of detail and tie to the financial statement
• Participate in the statutory audit. Work closely with auditors to complete the annual audit and other tasks required
• Support all ad hoc tasks assigned for a retail accounting business

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail. FMCG or sales office related industries
• Proficient in MS Office is preferred
