Job Overview

Report to Country Human Resources Manager, you play a pivotal role in contributing to SEEK’s headcount expansion in the region, and to deliver it’s long-term vision and growth ambitions.

Key Objectives of the Role 

• Responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to the right positions, including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, onboarding etc
• Assist in payroll process and monthly report preparation
• Participate in HRIS implementation and system migration
• Maintain and update accurate personal records in our HR system and Applicant Tracking System
• Assist in driving a high-performance culture and build a productive workforce through the implementation of cultural initiatives, incentives and employee engagement
• Perform the ad-hoc assignment as required

Skills, Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
• Possess at least 2 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources in sizeable organisation
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Detail-minded, responsible and able to meet tight schedules and deadline
• Proactive, multi-tasked and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
