Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and organized Management Trainee to join our team. This role offers an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1 to 3 years of experience to immerse themselves in a company that is revolutionizing the security industry.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement company strategies.
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Learn on the job about alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and follow up on client requests by issuing quotations.
Collaborate with the management team to align all departments with the company's goals.
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO and other stakeholders.
Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering-related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
