Job Description: 

• To assist Manager in keeping close contact with prospective parents with focus to provide seamless customer experience, monitor the conversion from inquiries to admissions. Incumbent should be an advocate for the center and fully understand the school culture and educational philosophy.
• To handle the admission process such as responding to inquiries, conduct info sessions, review applications, make offers, process payments with proper documentation. Incumbent should handle the work in a professional customer service manner and achieve results timely and with accuracy.
• To be the main point of contact to prospective parents and build relationship by providing personalized attention. Incumbent should be a helpful listener who understands parents’ needs and offers solutions to address their needs.
• To offer advice to prospective patents and share pertinent information about the uniqueness of our school curriculum and programs, and enrolment process.
• To manage physical documents and digital data with sensitivity and in an accurate and timely manner.
• To handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Requirements: 

• A university degree holder.
• Fresh graduates are welcome 
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and Chinese.
• A team player who is customer-oriented, attention to details, adaptive, has strong interpersonal skills and work integrity.
