Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain good relations with clients and identify their needs and expectation for their events
• Responsible for all phases of event planning and executions 
• Liaise with all vendors and suppliers and in house team members to facilitate a smooth and successful event
• Manage the budget
• On-site in charge and problem solving 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Event Management, Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in events management and project management
• Creative, strong marketing sense and responsible;
• Energetic, proactive, passionate and detail-minded;
• A good leader with strong organizational and planning skills; 
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Live with “can do” motto, determine to overcome difficulties and achieve results.
