Become part of this rapidly expanding international firm as it seeks a Strategic Sourcing professional to establish its presence across Asia Pacific.  

Responsibilities:

• To develop, implement and execute the strategic sourcing, procurement strategy and supply management operations process in line with global organization goals 
• To work closely with the countries level procurement team on the supply management efficiency program and provide guidance and functional leadership to Asia Pacific Countries.
• To drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, delivery and support innovation
• To lead the implementation of Asia Pacific sourcing initiatives; Work closely with the local Product Line Manager and Quality Engineers for recurring and escalated supplier performance issues 
• To ensure all key partners and key components / accessories suppliers have been certified and remain in compliance with recognized social and environmental compliance requirements 
• To ensure regional coordination of supplier activities and internal efforts

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in BBA, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing or equivalent; 
• With 5 years or above Strategic Sourcing experience which focusing in Vendor Side Management, highly prefer candidate with experience in Taiwan, China or others Asia Pacific areas
• Sourcing experience from yarn and fabric will be perfect; Others sourcing experience such as electronics, chemicals, raw materials will also consider. 
• Vendor management experience is essential; Good skills in driving suppliers negotiation to company goals and objectives, such as: Contract terms & condition negotiations, Product Line Management, Supplier performance, risk management, Price & Quality and Supply Chain optimization projects
• A detail-minded person to manage a virtual team across the region; Regional cross countries experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with good command in English and Mandarin 
• Occasional Travel is required (China and Asia Pacific Countries)
