Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform daily operations at Control Room including alarm signals processing
- To provide high-quality support for both of internal parties & external customers
- To handle and resolve customers’ enquiries
- To record call orders and arrange technical support for maintenance & emergency service
- Shift Roster: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-2300, 23:00-07:00

Basic Requirements:
- Holder of valid SPP & QAS Certificate is preferable
- Familiar with Electronic Systems i.e. Alarm, CCTV/DVR, Access Control is preferable
- Experience in customer service / call center is preferable
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel, with basic competency of report writing
- Immediate available preferred
