Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle HR administrative tasks for end-to-end staff journey including but not limited to recruitment and selection, background checking, on-boarding and off-boarding formalities, employment, performance management, and employee relations
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; Candidate with less experience will be considered Assistant Officer
- Conversant with the Employment Ordinances & related statutory regulations in Hong Kong
- A self-starter with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to deliver good quality of work
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
