Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints in a professional and prompt manner
Support special of ad hoc projects to ensure the team runs smoothly
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 1 years customer service experience
Knowledge in skin care/ beauty service is an advantage
Professional telephone manner
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & problem solving skills
Pleasant, customer oriented and team player
Candidate with more experience may considered as Customer Service Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
