Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the reasonableness and completeness of expenditure proposals in relation to the Group’s properties including shopping malls, offices, hotels, serviced apartments etc. 
• Review the contents of tender documents / contracts and identify any deficiencies 
• Review compliance with Group’s policies and procedures
• Conduct market research, data analysis, report compilation, etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
   

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting/ Engineering / Building Services / Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant working experiences, with previous exposure in real estate or property companies will be added advantage
• Logical thinking, good analytical and writing skills
• Self-motivated with high sense of ownership and accountability
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Familiar with Microsoft applications
• Candidate with less experience / qualification may be considered as Assistant Cost Audit Officer
