About sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck:

Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (sky100) is located on the 100th floor of International Commerce Centre (ICC), the tallest building in Hong Kong. At 393 metres above sea level, it is the only indoor observation deck in Hong Kong offering 360-degree views of the territory and its famous Victoria Harbour. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team in preparation of sales agreement, sales reports and booking logistics arrangement
• Assist to greet familiarization groups for site walk when necessary
• Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, maintaining sales material inventories
• Assist to prepare business trips for managers, such as air tickets, hotel reservation, sales call daily schedule and other necessary preparation work
• Exhibit polite and professional handling of incoming inquiries from business partners
• Interact with external partners and other business units to provide general and accurate information and assistance
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• HKALE / HKDSE or above, preferable Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality related discipline
• 2 years’ experience in administrative / customer service support or tourism related field is preferred
• Proactive, flexible and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Well-organized, able to work independently and attentive to details 
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
