Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendation or solution to clients with professional customer services
- Proactively collect feedback from customers and team to identify the improvement on daily operation flow
- Cooperate with operation department to provide excellent services
- Ensure the transactions are properly performed and adhere to all regulatory requirements and company’s regulation
Key Requirements:
- University Degree
- 3-6 years solid experience in customer services in Life operation or Employee benefit
- Experience of complaint handling in employee benefit business will be an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
