Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendation or solution to clients with professional customer services 
  • Proactively collect feedback from customers and team to identify the improvement on daily operation flow 
  • Cooperate with operation department to provide excellent services
  • Ensure the transactions are properly performed and adhere to all regulatory requirements and company’s regulation 

Key Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • 3-6 years solid experience in customer services in Life operation or Employee benefit 
  • Experience of complaint handling in employee benefit business will be an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills 
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
