We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our Trade Marketing, VM and E-commerce strategies. Your primary focus will be to support the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement trade activation and promotion programs, manage VM developments and enhancements as well as e-commerce platform maintenance to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and omni-channel business. Trade Marketing:

Your primary focus will be to support the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement trade activation and promotion programs, manage VM developments and enhancements as well as e-commerce platform maintenance to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement and omni-channel business. Position Responsibilities
Trade Marketing:
- Assist Sr. Marketing Manager in developing and executing trade activation and promotion programs.
- Coordinate the design, production, and delivery of marketing materials and visual merchandizing (VM) materials in accordance to brand guidelines and launch calendar.
- Organize on-counter or client events to attract and engage customers in a captivating manner.
- Ensure timely production of visual merchandizing materials such as light boxes, outposts, tent cards, and counter visuals, obtaining necessary approvals from headquarters, supervisors, and retailers.
- Analyze post-campaign results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with trade partners and actively negotiate brand exposure opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gather timely feedback on trade promotions and customer insights, adapting strategies and plans when necessary.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors' promotional and marketing programs, providing actionable insights and suggestions to management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, contents and images to maximize online search, visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs, track performance, and prepare regular reports on progress against targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the e-commerce space to ensure our online presence remains innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with regional and local cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all online touchpoints.
- Continuously analyze customer data, website analytics, and online sales trends to generate insights and action plans for increased engagement and sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven marketing experience in the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in monitoring KPIs, tracking performance, and preparing reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail in designing marketing materials and visual merchandizing materials.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales growth, customer engagement, and online conversion rates.
- Familiarity with beauty industry trends and a passion for the beauty sector.
- Good command of English & Putonghua
