Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operation of the Front Office
• Handle guests enquires and complaints
• Follow up with other departments or vendors regarding guests' requests
• Maintain service log and prepare reports of various kinds

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above
• With relevant experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
