ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a temporary receptionist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at our front desk. Your friendly demeanor and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Greet visitors, provide them with necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
  • Arrange meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up with necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
  • Maintain proper records of all incoming documents and packages, and coordinate their distribution to the intended recipients.
  • Handle outgoing documents and ensure they are properly labeled and prepared for collection or delivery.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Form 5/DSE or above, with 5 passes including English and Chinese.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or reception roles in a sizeable firm.
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Presentable, pleasant, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
