- Manage orders and communicate with vendors and customers to ensure on-time delivery to meet the project schedule
- Work closely with Sales, Project and Finance teams to issue invoice
- Issue purchase order, perform goods receipt and goods issue in SAP
- Prepare monthly/weekly report for open orders
- Manage annual internal and external audit
Requirements:
- Experience in order management and shipping
- Experience in using SAP will be an added advantage
- A team player with strong commitment, excellent and professional customer service attitude
- Good understanding of organizational order management processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of MS applications
