5 Days Evening Customer Services Officer (work in Tin Hau)
We are currently seeking a candidate for the role of evening Customer Services Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Services, Concierge and Security duties
• Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner
• Processes Hotel guest arrivals and departures by providing prompt and courteous service
• Provides efficient and personalized service to guest, and caters to any special requests

Requirements:

•  Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Hospitality industry;
• Valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP);
• Good communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English;
