Customer Services Officer (Sheung Wan)
We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Customer Services Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Services, Concierge and Security duties
• To assist in daily operation, handling customer’s enquires in a boutique apartment
• Check in and check out guests
• Working hours: 9 hours
• Alternate 5 days

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel / serviced apartments / property management industry preferred;
• Valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP);
• Good communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English;
