Job Description
Savills has a network of over 700 offices and associates throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. We require a high calibre individual to join us for the following position
RECEPTIONIST - CENTRAL
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management and colleagues
- Handle and maintain database, records, files, correspondence and documents
- Responsible for handling incoming calls, greet and serve visitors and guests
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- 5 days work, 9 hours per day
Requirements :
- Diploma or above
- 2 years receptionist / administrative / secretarial / sales assistant experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Immediately available preferred
