Responsibilities:

• To assist project managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events related to Financial Services sectors/ Healthcare and Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide 
• To recruit participants for trade promotional projects, including the Asian Financial Forum/ Asia Summit on Global Health
• To provide logistic support for trade promotional projects, including assisting in liaisons with external vendors, as well as internal departments and branch offices
• To support and handle business matching activities 
• To handle enquiries from event participants and undertake on-site duties
• To liaise and maintain good relations with working partners and industry associations
• To undertake administrative duties as and when necessary

Requirements: 

• University graduate with 3 - 4 years solid experience, preferably in project management, event organizing, marketing, etc.
• Prior experience in government department or marketing agency is an advantage 
• Proactive, self-initiated and detail-minded
• Mature, creative, with team spirit
• Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing 
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels 

Remuneration and Benefits: 
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
