Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer services and handle client’s inquiries in an accurate and timely manner via different channels;
- Offer full spectrum of account opening services to meet compliance and service standards;
- Responsible for KYC & AML checking and updating client data;
- Handle inquiries from headquarter and other branches in Mainland China;
- Work closely with other business units on ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines;
- Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8, 9 or SFC Type 1 and/or Type 2 License holders;
- 1-2 year relevant experience in customer service, and be familiar with securities account opening procedure, knowledge in opening Corporate account will be an advantage;
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (native mandarin speaker preferred);
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated, independent and a good team player;
- Shift required;
- Immediate available is preferred;
- Fresh graduate will be considered.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Client Relationship Clerk.
