Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT business analysis, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users and development teams, to gather the user requirements related to Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Marketing Automation, and CRM systems.
• Propose solution designs and create documentation such as functional specifications.
• Work closely with development teams / vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of system enhancement and customization.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
• Provide end-user training and support to maximize the adoption and effective use of the systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and propose solutions to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, previous experience on Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Marketing Automation, and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 certifications) are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
