Role & Responsibilities: 

• Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plan with hands-on execution and monitoring to ensure achievement of sales and strategic objectives.
• Conduct effective coaching and mentoring sales force to maximize their potential to ensure high performance of team.
• Identify and manage collaborations with major scientific institutions and key opinion leaders.
• Develop strategic partnership with key accounts in health and other health-related sectors.
• Identify commercial opportunities in the form of new customers and/or new products, continually provide feedback around market development, new product opportunities, customer trends and competitive activities.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or relevant fields
• A proven track record of at least 5 years in a Business Leadership or Business Development role in life science, pharmaceutical or similar industries
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to grow a business from scratch
• Experience in commercialization of new products
• Solid sales experience including building and maintaining an effective sales team, building strong networks and successfully managing long term customer relationships
• Desire to work in a fast-growing, start-up environment with a motivated and fun team
• Self-starter and agile learner
