Job Description
- Provide first tier user support and troubleshooting
- Provide IT helpdesk and technical support by phone or desk side for desktop or laptop
- Provide day-to-day PC administration,office365, outlook, win10 and desktop services
- Perform regular system checking and operations
- Perform administrative work, including hardware inventory, report and system document preparation
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services
Requirement
- Higher diploma in computer studies or above 2 years working experience in IT related field
- Fresh grad also welcome
- Solid helpdesk or deskside support background
- Knowledge of windows 10, Mac OS, office 365, AV system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
