CENTRE FOR TRANSLATION

The Faculty now invites applications for the following position:

(Senior) Project Assistant (23240654)                                     

Responsibilities:

• Work proactively with other team member on graphic design and video production;
• Assist in event organisation, event promotion on social media, and the preparation of a bi-annual newsletter and other publications; and
• Assist in English-Chinese and Chinese-English translation.

Requirements:

• A recognised relevant bachelor’s degree with some relevant experience;
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese; and
• Hands-on skills in graphic design and video processing will be an advantage.

The Faculty may appoint candidates to positions different from what they have applied for to suit its operational needs.  The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of twelve months commencing as soon as possible.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
