We are in search of a new colleague for our Hong Kong organization to take the responsibilities of the position of Assistant Sales Manager, Modern On-trade.

You will be reporting to the Senior Channel Sales Manager, to develop potential accounts and to implement sales strategy in the Hong Kong market.

What you'll be doing:
 

• Develop potential accounts and implement sales strategy including product launch, promotion activation, and development of new accounts.
• Negotiate customer contracts in accordance with the overall company sales strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure continued business and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and optimal support for account activities.
• Lead a small sales team to follow company direction, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the team meets and exceeds its goals. 
• Take up other ad hoc projects/events/assignments as assigned by superior.

What we're looking for:
 

• Bachelor's degree in a Business related discipline.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in retail/FMCG/relevant industry.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent judgments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude to drive results and achieve targets.
• Fluent English speaking is a must, with a good command of Chinese.

Working hours:

• Mon - Fri: 11:00 - 20:00 (Sat 11:00 - 15:00 Standby)
