We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager/Senior Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices, excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate CRM and marketing strategy for customer acquisition, member engagement and communications
• Develop effective CRM programs and organize events to enhance members' engagement and loyalty
• Support on performance analysis on CRM campaigns and KPIs reporting
• Manage internal and external parties to ensure brand consistency and effective communication with customers
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines
• At least 4 years' experience in CRM/marketing field
• Experience managing external parties, such as advertising agencies or vendors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
