Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure systems and networks within the group
• Manage corporate network strategy and development roadmap
• Plan and implement policies, procedures, guidelines and standards for IT infrastructure and security measures
• Monitor the overall performance of IT infrastructure projects, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Liaise with vendors and service providers
• Maintain  IT assets and monitor the expenses of the IT purchases
• Lead and manage IT support colleague(s)

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience with IT infrastructure management
• Experience in retail or manufacturing industry (MNC or China) is preferred
• ITIL certificate with service desk working experience would be an advantage
• Significant exposure to management of storage (SAN & NAS), network (LAN & WAN), Microsoft enterprise collaborative solutions, servers and VDI system 
• Hands-on, all-rounded, energetic, highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
