What can you expect?

This position is for an established and productive professional individual contributor in Client Relationship Management, who works closely with the practice leaders / project managers on large or complex accounts; conducting thorough research and analyses, creating proposal presentations and servicing complex sized accounts independently.

We will count on you to:

• Leads on personal accounts by setting goals and implements action plans, monitoring progress, assuring service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions.
• Review comprehensive legal documents intended for clients including: white papers, approaches, quantitative financial analyses or general presentations on new subjects or opportunities to support the creation of sales opportunities and account backing.
• Conducts research on various markets or industries as designated to find resources on new growth areas and trends for expansion for internal use to identify growth opportunities.
• Conducts and refines data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations.
• Addresses escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, helps manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks and applies judgement as to when to escalate major issues to senior level colleagues ensuring compliance.
• Offers technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate a mutual internal and external understanding.
• Develops strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
• Attends and participates in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor degree holder of above in insurance/ legal related field
• Minimum 10+ years experience in broking/ insurance/ legal industry
• Holder of IIQE Paper I and Paper II or ANZIIF is preferable
• Good PC Skills, including Words (English and Chinese), Excel & Power Point
• Ambitious, solution focus and strong skills in client and underwriters relationship management
• Good Command of English and Chinese
