We are seeking Senior CS Officer/ CS Officer to join our growing IT software company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Clients' enquiries on HR software products and services
• User requirement gathering
• Perform product testing and administrative tasks
• Conduct product training to clients
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in HR Management or other relevant discipline
• Work experience in CS, HR service or related industry is an advantage
• Experience in payroll operations and implementation of HR systems will be an advantage
• PC knowledge in MS Office applications, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and conversant in Mandarin is preferable
• Detail-minded, good interpersonal skills, positive thinking and willing to learn
• Self-motivated responsible and be able to work in a team environment
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
