• 協助客戶解決問題和投訴，確保客戶的滿意度和忠誠度根據服務等級協議監控和維護服務品質
• 及時反饋客戶需求和市場信息，提供改進建議，持續提升客戶服務品質
• 遵守公司制度和流程，執行上級領導交辦的其他工作

資歷:

• 具備良好的溝通能力和服務意識，能夠以友好、耐心的態度與客戶進行有效的溝通
• 有團隊合作精神 歡迎有任何零售行業經驗人士申請
• 有相關客戶服務經驗會優先考慮
• 能操流利廣東話及英語
• 工作地點 : 觀塘
