What You Will Deliver

• Take part in human resources and administration support including recruitment coordination, payroll support and support in other HR matters
• Liaise with internal and external parties of daily administration operation, document management and maintain proper records to ensure compliance
• Support employee engagement programs, including team-building events, company retreats, and social outings
• Coordinate training programs for employees on various HR-related topics
• Administer and maintain our HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes

Who You Are

• Bachelor degree holder
• 1 -2 years working experience within HR field
• Knowledge in HKSAR Labour Ordinance, MPF Regulations and other related legislations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduates are welcome
