Job Descriptions:

• Deploy effective merchandise ordering, replenishment and inventory control to achieve GP target
• Identify business opportunities and to generate sales by bring in new products / assortments
• Maximize sales and GP through effective promotions
• Allocate goods accurately to different stores based on demand and store profiles
• Monitor sales and sell-through situation and responsible for mark-down/mark-up in seasonal sale periods
• Negotiate with the suppliers about the product selections and buying discount rate
• Inventory management
• Identify and exploit the potential products and brands to boost sales
• Coordinate and manage consignment counters
• Work closely with the Operation and Marketing teams

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing/Merchandising or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' buying experience in merchandising, experience in  department store will be an advantage
• Strong business sense & numerical sense with analytical mind    
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Buyer / Senior Buyer
