Job Description
We are an expanding yacht management company is looking for a dynamic candidate with following requirements :
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general office duties, including both office administration and accounting
- Have accounting concepts, handle accounts payable
- Assist in end of month billing using Quickbooks
Requirements
- Completed Secondary School education
- With about 1-2 years of accounting experience is preferable
- Self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
- Detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in using outlook, Quickbooks & MS Office
- Good command in spoken and written of English and Chinese
