Job Description

We are an expanding yacht management company is looking for a dynamic candidate with following requirements :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office duties, including both office administration and accounting
  • Have accounting concepts, handle accounts payable
  • Assist in end of month billing using Quickbooks

Requirements

  • Completed Secondary School education
  • With about 1-2 years of  accounting experience is preferable 
  • Self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
  • Detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using outlook, Quickbooks & MS Office
  • Good command in spoken and written of English and Chinese
