【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the technical team, including tech development, project management, operations, architecture, and more. Establish and implement the performance assessment system for the technical team, motivating members to actively work to achieve personal and team objectives. Regularly organize team training and development plans to enhance the expertise and overall quality of team members.

2. Based on company strategy and market trends, formulate and execute the company's technology strategy and planning. Evaluate the company’s technical capabilities and needs, and design the relevant technology roadmap and development plan. Track industry trends and technological advances to timely adjust and optimize the company’s technology strategy and planning.

3. Responsible for the planning and implementation of multiple technology projects within the company, ensuring timely completion and attainment of projected goals. Coordinate cross-department collaborations to ensure efficient allocation of project resources and collaboration. Monitor project risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.

4. Responsible for the operational and security management of the technical team, ensuring system stability and safety. Establish and implement operational procedures and security management systems to improve system reliability and security. Monitor and handle security incidents, and promptly discover and repair security vulnerabilities.

5. Responsible for the design and optimization of the company's technical architecture, ensuring high availability, scalability, and system maintainability. Analyze business requirements and technical bottlenecks, propose architecture improvement schemes, and coordinate resources for implementation. Encourage close collaboration between the architect and the development team to collectively design and develop efficient technical architecture.


【Requirements】

1. Master’s degree or above, preference for majors in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, etc. More than 8 years of experience in well-known e-commerce platforms, first-tier software companies. More than 5 years of managing large-scale teams, preferably teams larger than 100 individuals, will be considered first.

2. Experience in senior management roles, able to quickly understand the company's strategic goals, work with the existing team to promote technological innovation, and ensure a close alignment between technological strategies and business objectives.

3. Experience in leading digital transformation and upgrade projects, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of business, operational, and market requirements.

4. Experience in the design and construction of middleware or data centers in an enterprise, familiarity with systematic design methodologies, including business needs analysis and modeling, architecture design and integration, data governance and quality assurance, business process optimization and automation, informationalization and data analysis, along with the ability to oversee service operations and monitoring.

5. Rich experience in e-commerce platforms, internet finance, AI, and other fields.

6. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
