• Provide Desktop, Server, Network and Security related support for our clients in Hong Kong
• Troubleshooting, monitoring, support and incident analysis
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth operations for clients

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of experience in Desktop, Network and Security support
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
