Responsibilities: 

Support the Loyalty Marketing Team to implement marketing administrations and operations:

 

• Drive Membership Acquisition, Retention and Engagement to achieve business goals
• Strengthen the Member Experience and Member Journey across platforms and channels
• Execute Marketing Calendar with campaign roll out 
• Conduct Marketing Communications in member engagement activities (online/offline)
• Execute the roll out of Membership Benefits and manage the efficiency of daily Customer Service 
• Co-work with internal business units about marketing and promotions 

Requirements:

• Graduate in college with DSE / HKCEE certificates
• Minimum 2 years of working experience 
• Act as a good team player
• Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive, a good team player and willing to learn new things
• Customer service experience is an added value
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Putonghua)
• Immediately available is an added advantage
