ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting clients & offering refreshments
• Shampooing and conditioning clients’ hair and applying treatments
• Swiftly and thoroughly disinfecting salon equipment 
• Maintaining the highest standards of salon hygiene and cleanliness
• Collaborating with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Promptly assisting stylists as required throughout client services
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Ensuring retail stock is up to date and displayed correctly
• Any other duties required to support the efficient running of the salon

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills in English, friendly and professional
• Experienced in providing quality customer service
• Organised, punctual and able to manage time effectively
• A proactive team player, quick learner
• A refined and elegant demeanour, reflective of the Rossano Ferretti brand ethos
