The Role

• Prepare reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (master's degree or certification preferred).
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
