Responsibilities:

• Support and supervise good Health and Safety practices in compliance with hotel standards, through the development of the cleaning processes and equipment used.
• Advises on proper food handling practices and provides food hygiene training for internal staff.
• Identify potential areas of risk, ensuring all food health and safety regulations are adhered to, and responding to complaints regarding potential food hygiene matters.
• Handle ad-hoc duties when required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Strong leadership, responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Applicant with less experiences will consider as Assistant Hygiene Manager
