Our client:

Our client is a market leader in the industry. They are looking for a high caliber – Logistics Officer to join their energetic team.

Your role
 

• Follow up orders and coordinate shipments between factories and related parties
• Maintain supply chain cost to be reasonable with aim to reduce inventory cost and speed up turnover rate
• Manage the supply risk assessment to ensure the order fulfillment
• Maximize inventory turns and optimize the warehouse space utilization to meet the order fulfillment
• Initiates and leads short and long term supply plans to balance the demand forecast with cost, efficiency and capacity constraints
• Work closely with sales team, suppliers and forwarders to ensure the completion of import and export shipments

Requirements
 

• Degree holder or above
• 4-6 years hands on experience in logistics/shipping/inventory management. 
• Prior experience in demand planning and order/shipment tracking will be a plus.
• Experience in handling US and China order/shipment is a plus.
• Good team player, detail-minded, can-do mindset, strong numeric sense, willing to gain deeper understanding business/products
