Our client is a leading gaming animation studio with a large presence in Hong Kong. Due to their continued expansion, they are hiring a talented Project Manager to join the company and work alongside a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare all project documentation and correspondence (written and electronic)
• Collaborate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Assist with schedule management and act on tasks from our internal team
• Ensure client’s needs are met as projects evolve
• Coordinate with the Accounting team for project billings
• Generate Owner Manuals and transcribe meeting minutes, memos, submittals, and RFI's
• Monitor project progress and handle arising issues
• Act as the point of contact, communicate project status to all participants
• Respond to clients queries when necessary
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures
• Issue all relevant legal paperwork (e.g., subcontracts and change orders)
• Ensure all projects meet standards and requirements

Skills

• Background in project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Sharepoint and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain focus, speed, and accuracy in work
• Initiative, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Administration or equivalent, or substantial experience in Project Management
• Experience in Agile Development and Agile project management is beneficial
• Familiarity with Scrum Project Management is an advantage
• Experience in Software Development Pipeline and Project Development Pipeline will be beneficial
