Responsibilities:

• Be the product expert and have in-depth product knowledge. Stay on top of market trends and product expert consultation on product features.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations for product positioning and differentiation
• Lead new product launches, including developing launch materials, conducting training sessions, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, regulatory affairs, and R&D, to ensure timely execution of product development and launch activities
• Monitor product performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and customer feedback, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Knowledge and Skill Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related discipline preferred
• Over 6 years' experience in Product development/Product Marketing, involved in the product development or commercialization process of diagnostic product preferred
• Good commercial and business sense, prior experience in partnering/communicating with medical and pharmacy channels is a plus
• Proficient at Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Self-motivated and good team player with excellent communication and presentation skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Marketing Manager
