The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our fast-growing fintech company as the Group Product Manager. As the Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and management of our two flagship products: a cash loan platform and a suite of financial tools. This is a leadership role where you will be managing both the product vision and a team of talented product professionals.

What you’ll get to do:

• Develop and execute the overall product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our financial product, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of product managers and designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product delivery, launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the fintech space, and proactively make recommendations for product enhancements or adjustments.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or fintech products and platforms. (Candidates with development experience are preferred.)
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products from 0 to 1, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing product teams.
• Deep understanding of product management methodologies, user-centered design principles, and agile development processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or finance. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
