Job Duties

Support Marketing Team in executing and following up sales promotion programs and marketing activities

Create attractive content for social media accounts, ensure engagement and growth of online communities

Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies

Provide quality customer service, handle customer enquiries, follow through with related parties & prepare reports

Drive PR exposures for outlets and campaigns, including media partnerships, press releases, and market influencers collaborations

Explore market news & generate marketing ideas

Responsible for daily marketing administration works and clerical duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in Food and Beverage marketing

Proven experience in driving PR exposures through media partnerships, press releases, and influencer collaborations

Excellent experience in managing social media and digital marketing platforms

Good interpersonal skills, displaying a proactive, innovative, and open-minded approach

Self-motivated, responsible, detail-mined with positive attitude

Strong copywriting skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging marketing materials
