Our client is Japan Base Forwarder / Logistics companies HK office at Tsim Sha Tsui (金馬倫道)  is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Sales Clerk / Assistant. 

Position : Sales Clerk / Assistant 

Responsibilities:

• Assist “Marketing & Sales team” of daily operations & activities 
• Handle phone calls & mails to provide quality services to customers 
• Provide clerical support to team. (e.g. check the airfreight delivery schedule , quotation , inovice preparation or relevent documents ….etc.)
• Ah-hoc project or duties assigned by Manager 

Requirement : 

• Diploma or above
• 1 - 2 years stable Office Clerk / Sales Coordinator / Team Administration or Team Support working experience (Experience in Logistics / Forwarder industry is an advantage) 
• Native in Cantonese / Good in English & Mandarin
• Detailed oriented, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Short Notice or Immediate available is perfect
