Maintenance Division

The Job:

• Supervise the design team to carry out system and interface design of access control/ ELV system
• Liaise and coordinate with external and internal parties for resolving design matters, including design checking, review and submission
• Participate in the integration of design, installation and testing activities and ensure that the end product meets the client's specification
• Support business development with tendering activities by ensuring the quality of estimates, system description, system architectures, implementation strategies and methodologies
• Provide governance and assurance to all tendering activities by ensuring assumptions and execution risks are captured during the tendering process
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the system design

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related disciplines, preferably with relevant technology training and certificates
• A minimum of 10 years' access control/ ELV system design experience in the railway sector, of which 5 years should be in a similar position
• At least 5 years’ experience in architecting and managing and supervising a team directly responsible for supporting high availability and critical IT infrastructure
• Expert working knowledge of IT security best practices
• Preferably with strong interest to participate in non-traditional forms of projects, including NEC
• Good team player with excellent problem-solving skills and management skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
