We are recruiting candidates for worldwide luxurious brands in Watch & Jewelry. To cope with their business expansion and store openings, we are looking for a Boutique Manager

The Job:

• Monitor the daily sales performance by doing forecasting and planning.
• To motivate and lead the frontline staff to achieve sales target.
• Prepare weekly / monthly merchandising reports for management use on buying and merchandising issues. 
• Implementation regarding to sales policies, procedures and customer services guideline.
• Re-view and re-design operational strategy for continuous improvement.
• Deliver client relationships method to build customer loyalty
• Ensure that the database of the boutique is used by all team members and that it is maintained and enriched in views of future CRM activities 

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 6 years’ retail experience with at least 3 years’ at management level.
• Excellent customer relations management skill with solid client base
• Sound Knowledge in watch / high jewelry is a definite asset
• Strong business sense of retail service, passion in retail operations
• Strong leadership, enterprise approach, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
