Qualifications & experience

• Associate degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, passion for sales;
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Customer service oriented, patient, and detail-oriented;
• Prior sales experience is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in organizing and maintaining customer information;
• Handle and respond to customer inquiries, providing basic product information;
• Assist the sales manager with meeting arrangements and sales activities;
• Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data;
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
