Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PRC plants, cross-functional project teams to plan, implement and manage the overall project scheduling and new product development program from RFQ kick off and quotation preparation up to product delivery
• Act as primary account holder, regular communication to customer for all commercial issues including but not limited to outstanding topics, payment, order processing and shipment scheduling
• Resolve cross department issues at project level skills
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Interested in OEM/ODM program management for electronic manufacturing industries
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill
• Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Literacy in ERP System & MS office, including Excel, PowerPoint
• Fresh graduate will also be considered 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Program Officer
• Need to stay in our PRC plant 3 days per week
